Now Hiring: Part-Time Patient Coordinator (Evening Hours)
At Luna Med Spa, the patient experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors, and our Patient Experience Team plays a huge role in that. We’re looking for a reliable, polished, and personable Patient Coordinator to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate daily calendars
- Handle phone, email, and in-person communication
- Keep front desk operations running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks

- Strong computer skills and confidence using scheduling systems
- Clear, professional communication and a natural ability to connect with people
- Easy-going, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
